Why Are My Copyrighted Images on Pon99?
Pon99 is an User Content Sharing network where anyone can register free and share his content with friends and families. We expect Pon members to upload / import media that is owned by them. If you find any of your Copyrighted images being used by our community you can immediately report through our Copyright Infringement Form. Our Administrators would take necessary actions and the media will be deleted within 3 business days. The user who clipped the media will also be baned for violating Pon99.com Terms and Conditions.
Pon99 provides an Image Import Tool called Product Clip that can be used by members to collect their favorites images from other websites in the world wide web. These images get shared within the Pon community. The community can make use of them to design attractive collages (layouts) using our bespoke Pon Layout Editor™. These layouts have wide range of usage, from profile background design to implementation in product design projects of Designer and Fashinoists.

The Pon99 community consists of designers and fashionistas creating different outfits or collages, named 'layouts', using the Pon Layout Editor™.
Fashion collages are created by implementing clipped images from multiple websites in order to create a finished piece. For example, a Jean in a collage could come from one store and the Top could come from another store. You can see these examples online at Pon99. The images that are used within the Pon99 are linked back to the original site, giving credit to wherever they were collected from. Visitors click on the related link in order to find out more about the image and that turn into sales. Because of this unique link-back structure, Pon99 generates thousands of clicks to the many sites it links to each month that boosts your traffic and improves search engine rankings. If you are looking to have your images removed from the Pon99 community database, there is something you can do.
Pon99 os strict on copyright infringement and maintains administrators to answer complaints and take evasive action at short notice. If you want your images removed from Pon99.com, just fill up a small form with necessary proof that you are the content owner, and It will be removed within three business days.
If you would like to file a notification of copyright infringement with Pon99, all you need to do is send written notice including the following information according to Section 512(c)(3) of the Copyright Act as required by law :
Step One: You must be able to give a detailed description and identify the copyrighted work that you feel has been infringed upon. It can be a link or a copy of the image itself for us to identify.
Step Two: You must be able to identify where the copyright work that you claim has been infringed upon is located. In other words, you need to include the URL of the images or the image itself that you want removed.
Step Three: You must provide your personal details, including your name, address, telephone number, e-mail address and any other means of contact so that Pon99 can contact you.
Step Four: You must agree and include and verify the statement: "I have a good faith belief that use of the copyrighted materials described above as allegedly infringing is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law.'
Step Five: You must also agree and include this statement: "I swear, under penalty of perjury, that the information in the notification is accurate and that I am the copyright owner or am authorized to act on behalf of the owner of an exclusive right that is allegedly infringed."
Step Six: You must also sign the notice to verify that what you have stated is true and that you are the person that is authorized to act upon an allegedly infringed copyright.
